What is a Ring Buddy?

Designed to keep your rings safe, Ring Buddy wristbands have a hidden zipped compartment to safely store your engagement and wedding rings, so you can relax and focus on you.

Made from premium materials with a little stretch, your Ring Buddy fits nice and tight on your wrist.

What size do I need?

All Ring Buddy wristbands come in size Small. The Black and Blackout wristbands also come in the slightly larger Medium size. 

Most of our customers prefer the Small size, so that it fits tightly and feels super secure for your workout. However, if you prefer a slightly bigger size, the Medium is a great alternative. 

As a rough guide, Small should fit wrists around 16.5cm and smaller. Medium is more suited to wrists around 16.5cm and upwards.

How do I wear my Ring Buddy wristband?

The wristband slides over your hand and onto your wrist. Please slide the wristband over your hand carefully as pulling can cause stitching to tear and could damage the product.

The wristband is designed to keep your rings safely stored in the zipped pocket and we take every care to deliver the best product possible, however products are used at the customer's risk and we bear no liability for any loss or damage occurred to personal belongings from using Ring Buddy products. 

How do I wash my Ring Buddy?

We recommend hand washing your Ring Buddy to keep it looking fresh.

How does delivery work and how long does it take?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders. We'll post your order as soon as possible - most are posted first thing the next working day and should arrive within 2 days of shipping.

Our local Royal Mail office keeps all customer tracking numbers in case of any issues, so if your order hasn't arrived within 4 days of dispatch, drop us a line and we can check in on the status for you.

Plus, delivery is free (woohoo!) when you spend over £25 on your order. 

What if I need to return my Ring Buddy?

We check each and every wristband before we post it, including a thorough stretch test and making sure the zip is silky smooth! This ensures each Ring Buddy is in perfect ready-to-use condition. 

However, if there's an issue with your wristband or you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy. More details are available on our Returns page. If you have an issue or would like to talk about returning your order, you can email returns@ringbuddy.co.uk.

We cannot accept returns for general wear-and-tear beyond the 14-day return period. As with any gym item, the products' fabric, logos and composition may start to age with use. If you're unsure about anything, please do reach out to us and we'll respond as soon as possible.

As we're a small business, we'd love if you could reach out to us in the first instance to discuss any issues or feedback, as customer satisfaction is our priority and all feedback is extremely helpful. Whatever your issue, rest assured we'll do our best to resolve it.
